Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a flight booking purchased through Komfy Trip LLP.

Cancellations

  • Flight Bookings: Cancellation policies vary based on airline terms and conditions. Customers must refer to the fare rules mentioned at the time of booking. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure if eligible. Some fares may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation charges.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations after the stated timelines will be subject to 100% charges unless otherwise stated. If a service has already been availed or the journey has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

Refunds

  • Flight Refunds: Refunds are processed as per the airline's policy. Some tickets may be non-refundable, while others allow partial refunds with deductions. Processing time varies but typically takes 7-10 business days. Where applicable, the refunded amount will be credited within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Refunds for Service Discrepancies: If the received service does not match package details, report the issue within 24 hours of check-in or travel commencement. Each case is evaluated individually in coordination with service providers. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Damaged or Defective Services: If a booked service (hotel, transport, etc.) is not as described, contact Komfy Trip LLP's customer support immediately. Complaints will be reviewed, and compensation (if any) will be based on the vendor's policy. Where applicable, the refunded amount will be credited within 3-5 business days after processing.

General Terms

  • If the booking includes services with a manufacturer's warranty (e.g., travel insurance), claims must be made directly with the provider.
  • Komfy Trip LLP acts as a facilitator between customers and airlines and does not control their refund policies.
  • Any approved refund by Komfy Trip LLP will be processed within 10 business days. Where applicable, the refunded amount will be credited within 3-5 business days after processing.
